Bubble Hits Ireland officially launched last night at Dublin’s The Academy.

Brought to you by Lee Walsh & James Hyland this channel is a refreshing change to the various music channels on offer and what makes it even better is its Irish.

Upon arriving guests where treated to a visual display of street performers and eh bubbles. Presenters from the stationed hosted the evening with an impressive line up of various musical acts. Kicking of with the wonderful ‘Ruth Anne Cunningham’, the brilliant ‘Tom Baxter’, they eh… not so brilliant ‘Hope’ from last years X factor, ‘Shayne Ward’ and to round off the night the always popular crowd pleaser ‘Aslan’

Last night kicked the ever popular Taste festival. This year ‘Taste’ also hits Cork but last night the bscene crew checked out the Dublin run that runs till Sunday in the very central Iveagh Gardens. Although it did get a bit chilly the wonder smells coming from the various exhibitors distracted you from the cool evening.

Check it out this weekend and also why not hit the fantastic AIB Street performance world championship taking place in Merrion Sq from today till Sunday

Wednesday evening the good people at Debenhams threw a wonderful meet the team night in the stunning Dylan hotel.
Champers, great food, fantastic goodie bag and a nice chat with designer John Rocha made for a great night. Still very much in the social mood we dragged Cornia Gaffey to Lillies to celebrate her new position as Fashion Editor with Kiss Magazine …. Well done Corina.
