Charity supporters , Belly dancers, drag acts all turned out in a ray of colours with the night kicking off with a Mardi Gras parade through Swords up to the venue.

Fallon & Byrne played host to two more fashion shows last night with two more designer shows as part of Dublin fashion week. Deborah Veale & Aideen Bodkin wowed fashionistas with Spring Summer 2008 collections.

In attendance where designers Tyrrell & Brennan, Peter O Brien, TV3 presenter Lorraine Keane arrived with producer Debbie O Donnell who was simply glowing…being pregnant really agrees with her. The always funny Triona Mc Carthy beauty editor of the Sunday Independent was in flying form while Karen Koster was on work duties for Expose.

As people who know bscene know that we created the brand that was the Crimmins tripets but as some well known LA showbiz mover and shaker told us talent comes and goes but the agency remains so when this trio jumped ship when a certain pop ‘guru’ gave them some attention the power of three where off to take on the pop world……. Obviously the music career is going strong… now isn’t someone missing ??

Last night saw the first of the many to come new season fashion shows.
‘A wear’ who over the years have become well known for the interesting choice of venues this time around used an un finished office floor off Mespil Road. With this industrial setting models displayed the new season trends from awear inspired by the Hollywood 1940’s female.

Guests who turned out included stylist Catherine Condell, TV3 producer Debbie O Donnell, presenters Collette Fitzpatrick, Karen Coster, Sonia Reynolds who is busy putting the finishing touches to the upcoming Dublin Fashion Week, Catriona O Connor and Norman Pratt to name but a few.

Last night we all celebrated a friends birthday after PINTXO with dinner and drinks in L'Gueleteon.

Last night saw the launch of ‘PINTXO’ from the wonderful Porterhouse group.
Well known for their fine range of beers and excellent food ‘ PINTXO’ located at 12 Eustace Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2 combines all the above with a fantastic wine list.

Guest ranged from public relations gurus Wayne Cronin, Norman Pratt, and Avril Collins. Journalist Francis Winston and Eugene Masterson while fire jugglers and the always chatty friendly Fiona Roche greeted guests as they arrived.

Hey all, well we back from a short break before kicking back into the busy new season. Below is an interesting little piece that appeared while away. I am sure most saw it but for those who didn't it refers to our parting company with Kevin Ryan. Always sad when these things happen and as I saw never say never but we wish him the best of luck.
